MEDITATION FOR BEGINNERS is a 75-minute workshop for anyone, who wants to start an adventure with meditation or just needs a little refresher.
During the workshop, we will talk about different meditation techniques, debunk some of the most common myths surrounding meditation and mindfulness and discuss why is it virtually impossible to ‘clear your mind and think about nothing’. There will be some theory and some practice to keep you focused and active throughout the whole class.
Additionally to the workshop, you will get a Q&A time and two guided meditations to find the meditation method most suitable to you.
